We are leading manufacturers and exporters of spring wires in rolls or cut length, made of carbon steel, black iron and stainless steel.
SINORAY has been in the market for over 20 years supplying high carbon wires, galvanized zinc coated spring wire, low carbon spring wires, stainless steel spring wires.
Low carbon wire is available as galvanized, bright, and annealed with wire.
High Carbon Steel is processed by heat to 800 °C (1475 °F), quench in water or brine. The oil quenching section below 4.75 mm (3/16 in.) is used for hardening.
Carbon steel spring wire is a basic steel material widely used for spring applications, supplied in an extensive range of diameters, coatings, packaging, hardness, tensile and surface conditions.
Carbon steel wire can be processed into bright basic wire, oil tempered wire, tinned coated music wire, or galvanized carbon wire to suit a wide range of applications.
Stainless steel is a steel alloy that must contain a minimum of 10.5% chromium and contains levels of nickel, molybdenum, and niobium. Stainless steel wire is extremely versatile and is selected for its use primarily due to its corrosion and heat resistant properties.
Stainless Steel Spring Wire are High Tensile Strength Wires, suitable for making Precision Springs, Compression Springs, Tension Springs, Wire Forms, and Wire Ropes. Stainless wires feature a smooth surface, high corrosion resistant, high fatigue strength, excellent heat resistance and are supplied in various ss grades according to specific uses.

Technical Advantages:
We use in production conventional technique integrating with modern leading-ged equipment to make the finished wire products showing a comprehensive functioning and excellent performance in serving spring and other wire form industries.
In spring manufacture, the high tensile strength is important, but not the singular important factor in the property of the wire. Our steel wires offer a good balance of flexibility and tensile strength to prevent the wire from deformed or broken up during winding in spring machine.
Our wire products are also used in various wire forms, such as wire cable, connecting wire for automobile industry and hard needle.
Range of application:
(1). mattress spring
(2). compression spring
(3). extension spring
(4). torsion spring
(5). mechanical spring
(6). wire forms
(7). core of controlling cable
(8). connecting wire
(9). hard needle
